Our cheese inventory rotates about every two weeks and
changes with the seasons to reflect the best selections
for the time of year. There are too many to list but here
are a few that we carry regularly:

Our cheese closet is a unique place to come in and taste
cheese. We only sell cheeses as they become mature and
never before they are ready. The cheese closet allows us
to more closely control the ageing and ripening of the
cheeses that we select. Come in and taste how great cheese
